1. Local Service Repair Centre
Our helpful technicians trained abroad are at your disposal in our Budapest Service Repair Centre.

2. Full, extended warranty
There is a full, two-year warranty for our units. It means that both the spare parts replaced and the accomplished repair work are free of charge within the whole warranty period.

3. Special lamp warranty
The lamp units inside the projectors are warrantied for 150 hours or 3 months, whichever occurs first. In the event the lamp is found to be defective within this warranty period, we replace the defective lamp unit free of charge.

4. Instant replacement unit free of charge
In terms of present regulations by law if the repairing of the failed unit exceeds 30 days, a replacement unit must be guaranteed during the repairing period.
3M Hungária Ltd. offers a lot more than this: if your unit breaks down, independent of what it was caused by, we offer a free replacement unit within 1-2 days for the whole period of repairing. This service is provided even after the warranty period expired.

5. Free on-site product demonstration and consulting
